Hi there, I'm Toti
This is my hideout: my desk, my trophies, my little sticky notes. I was built to help you set up your tournaments without the headaches. Make yourself at home, I'll show you everything I can do.
«Space out the matches!»
Talk to TotiI want a 12-team tournament, groups then single elimination.
Perfect! I suggest 3 groups of 4, then a final bracket of 8. Each team will play at least 3 group matches. Shall I set that up?
Yes, and add a small consolation bracket for the eliminated teams.

Build your tournamentGroups, brackets, categories: I set up the whole structure
- Groups of 3 to 32 teams (ideally 4 to 6, never 2) and knockout brackets of 2, 4, 8, 16, 32 or 64
- Follow your exact scope: if you ask only for pools, I add no bracket or other phase
- Choose the third-place match and full placement ranking separately: “3rd place only” adds no matches for places 5 to 16
- A mix of both: groups then a final stage, with playoffs, a consolation bracket for the eliminated teams, and byes handled automatically
- Add a second phase by rank: after two pools, 1st plays 1st, 2nd plays 2nd, and so on, with matchups linked automatically to the standings
- Several categories in one event, each with its own format (for example U9: 4 groups of 4; U10: 4 groups of 6), without losing unchanged categories
- A static reduced league for up to 32 teams: choose the matches per team and I freeze a balanced draw (not an adaptive Swiss system)
- One-leg or two-leg, whichever you prefer
- Two ways to work: «Guide me» (I ask one question at a time) or «Express» (you tell me everything at once)
- I answer and guide the conversation in the language selected in your interface (French, English, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, German or Arabic)
- Launch the schedule computation as soon as everything is ready: I publish the organisation and place every match on your fields (after you confirm)
- Resume an older tournament setup without recreating unchanged groups or matches: their scores, referees and time slots are kept when the setup is published. Any change that would delete a protected match is refused with an explanation.
- Rename a category everywhere at once (teams, phases, structure and public registrations)
- Pétanque: choose between the native 4-team pool (2 opening games + winners + losers + deciding barrage = 5 games, 2 qualifiers) and a full round robin
- Split a tournament over several days: pool stages on day one and the final bracket on another day
Tell me, for example
I want a 12-team tournament, groups then single elimination.
Perfect! I suggest 3 groups of 4, then a final bracket of 8. Each team will play at least 3 group matches. Shall I set that up?
Yes, and add a small consolation bracket for the eliminated teams.
Manage the teamsAdd, rename, find logos automatically
- Add, remove or rename a team in one sentence
- Add up to 64 teams at once to an already-started tournament, with their category or group, without rebuilding the rest
- Create a World Cup with real countries: I choose the national teams and automatically attach every local flag and reference jersey colour
- Correct every name at once (A to AF → Team 1 to 32) without adding a second set of teams
- Move a team from one group to another (refused if matches there already have scores — I'll warn you)
- Placeholder names (Team 1, Team A…): I do not search for a logo; for real club names you provide, I automatically try to find the right badge
- Place a team that arrived late so it doesn't play in the very first slot
- Keep two teams from the same club in different groups
- Import your whole list from a photo, a PDF, an Excel or a Word file
- Set a team’s arrival time: the schedule never assigns it a match before that time
- Fill an existing place in a limited-match pool: the team inherits its fixtures without adding matches or moving the schedule
Tell me, for example
Build me a 32-team World Cup and choose the countries.
I'll propose 32 strong, varied national teams with their real names. Once you approve the structure, I'll add their flags and jersey colours too.
Vénissieux is arriving late, don't put them in the first match.
Adjust the groupsRename, grow, shrink, delete
- Rename a group (Group A → Lions Group)
- Grow it or shrink it: I automatically adjust the matches that go with it
- Delete a group you no longer need
- Reserve one exact field for each pool without changing brackets or any other stages
- Safeguard: I refuse to remove or delete if matches have already been played there (I always warn you before breaking anything)
- Switch pools to one-leg, home-and-away or a reduced league with the desired number of matches per team; I ask for confirmation before rebuilding
Tell me, for example
Rename Group A to Lions Group.
Done, Group A is now called Lions Group! 🦁 Anything else?
Grow Group B to 6 teams.
Pool A on MARGO, Pool B on HOPE, Pool C on Pierrot and Pool D on NOAH.
Assignments saved. I am keeping every bracket and other stage; the next schedule calculation will respect them.
Manage the fieldsCreate as many as you need, rename them
- Create as many fields as your event needs
- Rename a field (Field 1 → Main Field)
- I then spread the matches across them when we schedule
Tell me, for example
Create 4 fields for me.
4 fields added! Do you want to name them or shall I leave Field 1 to 4?
Call the first one Main Field.
Assign the refereesAdd and spread them out without wearing them out
- Add referees to your tournament
- Spread them automatically across the matches
- I make sure they don't officiate back-to-back matches: I slip them a break every X matches
Tell me, for example
Add 3 referees and spread them out.
3 referees added and assigned! I gave them a break every 2 matches so they last the whole day. 👍
Make it a break every 3 matches instead.
Enter the scoresA result in one sentence, always confirmed
- Enter a result in plain language («Lyon 3-1 Vénissieux»)
- I ALWAYS ask for confirmation before writing a score, no nasty surprises
- When a fixture appears twice (two-leg, or the same match replayed), I ask which one you want to fill in
- Erase a wrong score: I first tell you the consequences (following matches put back on hold), you confirm, I erase and recalculate
- Tennis tournament: give me the score in sets ("6-4 7-5 for Nadal against Federer") and I handle the rest
- Volleyball: the frozen format may be indoor 25/15, beach 21/15, leisure 21/15 or one set to 25; a penalty costs 1 point and a forfeit 3
- Basketball: 5×5 has four 10-minute quarters; 3×3 is 10 minutes or first to 21, then first to 2 in overtime; forfeit and default remain distinct
- Handball: the U12/Youth/Adult profile freezes 2×20/25/30 minutes and a 10-0 or 20-0 forfeit; in knockout play, two 2×5 series come before seven-metre throws
- Badminton: I respect the tournament's frozen format — 3 × 21 (cap 30) or 3 × 15 (cap 21) — and you give me the games
- Padel: tell me the FFT format from A1 to F; I will recall the Golden Point imposed by A2/B2/C2/D2/F and its court time
- Pétanque: exact score to 13, an 11-point option, or a timed game where the winner may finish below 13
- The confirmation button saves the score shown in the preview. If the tournament has changed in the meantime, nothing is overwritten.
- Distinguish home and away fixtures and clubs with identical names by category, phase, day, time, playing area or match number.
Tell me, for example
Lyon 3-1 Vénissieux.
I'll note Lyon 3 – 1 Vénissieux. Confirm? (say yes to save)
Yes, that's right.
The right language for every sportI lock in the selected sport’s rules: no mixed terminology or scoring logic
- Football: goals, cards and penalty shoot-outs only when the phase allows them
- Tennis: players or pairs, courts, sets and games; the active FFT format determines the score
- Volleyball: sets and points, using the tournament’s indoor, beach, leisure or single-set contract
- Swimming: the native console handles events, heats, lanes and hundredth-second times; Toti chat does not act there
- Basketball: 5×5 uses quarters; 3×3 has its 10-minute period and 21-point target
- Handball: goals, halves, overtime and seven-metre throws depend on the active profile and phase
- Badminton: players or pairs, shuttles and 21- or 15-point games under the locked format
- Padel: fixed pairs, courts and FFT formats A1 to F; the point rule follows the format
- Chess: the native console handles players, rounds, boards, draws and tie-breaks; Toti chat does not act there
- Pétanque: sides, ends, lanes, games to 13 or 11 points, or time-limited games
- Table tennis: players or pairs, tables and 11-point games with a two-point margin
Tell me, for example
In 3×3 basketball, Lyon won 21-18.
I will keep the 3×3 rule: one 10-minute period, first to 21. I will ask for confirmation before saving it.
Fine-tune the scheduleCompute the schedule, line up the finals, set durations
- Compute the schedule and tell you when it ends: I run it in simulation and give you the real numbers (end time, rest, quality score) before applying it
- Aim for an end time (“everything must be done by 5pm”) — and if it's impossible, I tell you the real levers (one more pitch, shorter matches…)
- Team rest is already maximised on every calculation: a team only plays back-to-back when there is truly no other way. Want more rest? I'll point you to the real levers
- Put all the finals at the same time and/or right at the end
- Move a specific match to another time or field (“put Lyon–Paris at 3pm on Field 2”)
- Set the match duration (for a whole stage or a specific match)
- Set the break duration between two matches
- Add a lunch break on every field, at a fixed time or automatically right after the pool stage
- Change the day's start time (“actually we start at 9:30”)
- Choose an independent or synchronized calendar and set the break between rounds (0 to 60 min)
- If calculation is blocked, show the exact cause and what needs fixing instead of a vague message
- Use the same scheduling rules as the Structure screen and ask for confirmation before replacing already scheduled pool matches
- Assign each pool to several pitches or a surface (synthetic, grass), across one or more age groups, then swap after an existing break
- For an existing synchronized schedule: preview then confirmation, preserving kickoff times and opponents; future schedule generation keeps its own settings
- Confirm the schedule shown in the preview. If the tournament has changed or the preview has expired, a new preview is required; a confirmation that has already been applied cannot be reused.
- The break after pools is kept on every calculation, across all days.
- A finish time without a specified day applies to every day. I give you the real measured finish time, never a guess.
- A full recalculation of the schedule is available before the tournament starts. Once it has started or a score exists, I refuse to reorganise the whole schedule; targeted moves retain their sporting safeguards.
- If no match needs scheduling, I keep the programme unchanged and do not ask for an unnecessary confirmation.
Tell me, for example
What time does it finish?
I ran it in simulation: last match ends at 5:10pm, 45 min of rest on average. Shall I apply it?
And put all the finals last, at the same time.
Ask questionsI know your tournament by heart, just ask me
- Who's playing at a given time, on which field
- Which team rests the most, who's qualified, who's eliminated
- Where a group stands, how many matches are left to play
- The up-to-date standings, at any moment
- For detailed questions, I go look into your tournament myself (all of a team's matches, matches already played…)
- “What time does it finish?”: I compute the schedule in simulation and give you the real end time — nothing changes until you confirm
Tell me, for example
Who's playing at 2pm?
At 2pm: Lyon – Bron on the Main Field, and FC Moirans – Vénissieux on Field 2. 🕑
And who's already qualified in the Lions Group?
Take inspiration from a past tournamentStart over from one of yours as a template
- Reuse one of your past tournaments as a starting point
- Adapt it along the way («redo it like last year but with 4 more teams»)
- I only ever see YOUR tournaments, never another organizer's
Tell me, for example
Redo it like my tournament last year, but with 4 more teams.
Great idea! I found your tournament from last year (16 teams, 4 groups). I'll start from that and go up to 20 teams, so 5 groups of 4. Does that work for you?
Perfect, keep the same field setup.
Read your filesPhoto, PDF, Excel, Word: I pull out the teams
- Read a photo (even a handwritten team list)
- Read a PDF, a run sheet or a Word file
- Read an Excel or a CSV and extract the teams or the structure
- If I can't read it well, I tell you straight: I never guess on your behalf
Tell me, for example
Here's the photo of my team list, add them.
I read 8 teams from your photo: Lyon, Vénissieux, Bron, FC Moirans… Shall I confirm the list before adding?
Yes, but the 5th is «Décines», not «Décine».
What I do (and don't yet)Always honest about my limits, your tournament is yours
- I only deal with sports tournaments: that's my playground, I don't do anything else
- I never touch a match that's already been played without warning you first
- What happens in your tournament stays with you: I never see other people's tournaments, and no one sees yours
- What I can't do yet (and I tell you upfront): merge two groups, delete a field, or stop a specific team from playing the very first match
- I do one thing at a time: if I suggest a structure, I apply it first, then we move on to the rest (a score, a field…) — that way nothing gets lost
- In those cases, I gently show you the screen where you can do it by hand
Tell me, for example
Merge Group A and Group B.
Ah, merging two groups is something I can't do myself yet! But you can do it in two clicks from the structure screen — want me to take you there?
Can you give me a cake recipe?
Haha, I'm more of a tournaments than a cakes robot! 😄 Come back and see me as soon as you've got teams to slot onto a field.
