Tournoi Facile

Complete documentation

Start with the workflow selected by your sport: the general participant or team engine, the native chess console, or the native swimming console.

Choose your workflow

These 7 landmarks apply to every competition, while the screens and terminology adapt to the selected sport.

Create an account

Sign up for free with your email. No credit card required for the Discovery plan. You can also sign in with Google.

Create a tournament

Name the competition and choose its sport. Tournoi Facile then opens the general engine or the dedicated chess or swimming workflow.

Add participants or teams

Register the entries required by the sport: participants, teams, players or swimmers. They can be corrected before the programme is published.

Configure the format

Prepare groups and brackets when appropriate, chess rounds and pairings, or swimming events, heats and lanes. Only relevant settings are displayed.

Generate the programme

Schedule encounters or sessions and assign the available playing resources. The general engine uses a visual planner; native workflows provide their own controls.

Run the competition live

Authorized people enter scores, times or results. Rankings update and the public can follow the published pages without an account.

Confirm and share results

Complete the final rounds, validate rankings or times, then keep the history and share the final results.

By feature

Explore each feature in detail to understand all of Tournoi Facile's capabilities.

Groups, rounds and series

Use groups and automatic rankings when the sport supports them. Chess offers native rounds and pairings, while swimming organizes events, heats, lanes and times in its dedicated console.

Brackets and qualification

For compatible formats, generate knockout brackets and place qualifiers automatically or manually. Tie-breaking options follow the selected sport.

Programme and playing resources

In the general engine, place encounters by playing space and time slot with the visual planner. Chess and swimming use native controls for rounds, boards, sessions and lanes.

Officials and area managers

Give authorized people focused access to their assignments and result entry. Available roles and screens depend on the selected sport and workflow.

Slideshow

Project rankings, recent results and the upcoming programme on a big screen. The display updates automatically and can include custom slides and the venue map.

Public pages

Each competition can publish a unique link with its programme, participants, results and rankings. The exact sections adapt to the sport and require no visitor account.

Venue map

Create a visual plan with playing spaces, reception, refreshments, restrooms and parking. It can be included in public pages and the display mode.
