Work out the fixtures before the timetable
A single round robin with n teams contains n × (n − 1) ÷ 2 matches. Four teams play six matches, six teams play 15 and eight teams play 28. Fixtures are arranged in rounds, with each team appearing at most once per round. An odd number of teams means one team sits out each round; no extra match is added.
Separate playing time, changeovers and rest
Pitch availability is only one part of a timetable. Teams also need recovery time. Here, rest is measured from the end of a team’s previous match to the start of its next one. The tool completes an entire round before starting the next. It produces a straightforward, conservative schedule rather than the shortest possible programme.
Allow for the day you are actually running
Choose match lengths that suit your sport, age group and competition rules. Add lunch breaks, unavailable pitches and any placement matches separately. This tool covers one group with a fixed match duration. For several groups, knockouts or changes during the day, create the complete competition in TournoiFacile and check its calendar before sharing it.
Use the CSV as a preparation sheet
The download contains rounds, start and finish times, pitches and opponents. Open it in a spreadsheet to prepare your event. The file does not calculate standings or publish live results. Those tasks belong to the competition in the app, where teams and spectators can follow its public page.

These fixtures illustrate the calculation. Names and numbers are demonstration labels.

Practical questions
Do I need an account?
No account is needed to generate and download this template. An account is required to save and manage a competition in the TournoiFacile application.
Does this include group stages and playoffs?
This page creates one round-robin group. Prepare knockout rounds separately or use the application for a competition with several phases. Check qualification rules and rest before the next phase.
Can a team be scheduled twice at the same time?
Not in this model. Different matches can run in parallel, but each team plays at most once per round and receives at least the minimum rest you entered between rounds.
