What is Tournoi Facile?
Tournoi Facile is an online platform for creating, managing and following competitions across 11 sports. Entries, adapted formats, schedules, results, rankings and public sharing are gathered in one place.
Do I need to install anything?
No, Tournoi Facile works entirely in your browser. No download or installation needed. Just create an account and you're ready to go.
How long does it take to create a tournament?
About 5 minutes for the initial setup. Choose the sport and the platform opens the appropriate workflow for participants or teams, structure, programme and results.
How many participants or teams can I register?
In the general tournament engine, Discovery allows up to 6 participants or teams, Essential 24 and Premium an unlimited number. Native swimming and chess workflows are currently free.
Which competition formats are supported?
The format follows the sport: groups and brackets when relevant, rounds and pairings for chess, and events, heats and lanes for swimming. The available settings appear after you choose the sport.
Can I use groups and knockout brackets?
Yes, for sports and formats that support them. You can generate groups and brackets automatically or build them manually. Native chess and swimming competitions use their own structures.
How are ties and rankings decided?
Criteria depend on the sport and format: points, sets, score difference, head-to-head results, chess tie-breaks or swimming times. Sport-specific options are shown where applicable.
How do I organize several playing spaces?
In the general engine, use the visual planner for courts, pitches, tables or other spaces. Swimming and chess provide dedicated lane, session, board and round controls in their native consoles.
Can the public follow the competition?
Yes. Public pages can show the programme, results and rankings without requiring an account. Organizers also retain the dedicated chess and swimming consoles for their native workflows.
How do the official and manager areas work?
In the general engine, each official or area manager receives a link and credentials. They see their assigned encounters and can enter results from a phone without creating a full account.
Can tournament colors be customized?
Yes, with the Premium plan you can customize primary and secondary colors of your public pages, as well as the tournament logo.
How does the slideshow work?
The slideshow cycles through rankings, recent results and upcoming encounters. Connect a screen and open the display link at the event entrance or another shared area.
Can results be exported to PDF?
Yes, Essential and Premium plans allow exporting standings and schedules to PDF for printing or archiving.
What is the venue map?
You can create a visual plan of the venue with playing spaces, reception, refreshments, restrooms and parking. It can be shown in the slideshow and on public pages.
Can I start for free?
Yes. Discovery is free and supports up to 6 participants or teams and 2 playing spaces in the general engine. Native swimming and chess workflows are currently free as well.
How does payment work?
Pay once per tournament — Essential (€19.99) or Premium (€29.99) — or choose Club / Season at €149 for twelve months. Payments are secured via Stripe.
Can I upgrade during the tournament?
Yes, you can switch from Discovery to Essential or Premium at any time. The price difference is calculated automatically.
Is a refund possible?
If you encounter a technical issue preventing use of the service, contact us and we'll find a solution. Each case is reviewed individually.
What devices does Tournoi Facile work on?
Tournoi Facile works on all devices with a modern web browser: computer, tablet and smartphone. The interface is responsive and adapts to all screen sizes.
Is my data secure?
Yes, all data is encrypted and hosted in Europe. Payments are processed by Stripe, the world leader in secure online payments. We never store your banking data.
What happens if I lose my internet connection?
An already open page may remain visible, but a connection is required to load or save data. Entries are not queued offline. We recommend a backup 4G connection for event day.
